The Mayor and City Council will again offer the Past-Due Water Bill Penalty Amnesty Program. Anyone that has a past due water bill from 2023 or before that pays the amount In Full after receiving their letter so that it doesn't transfer to their taxes will have the penalties that were added thru the year forgiven and removed from the account. The past due amount HAS to be paid in full completely for the penalty forgiveness. They need to bring in the letter that they received in the mail to show...
