Evrod Cassimy Reads at Sabbath Middle School

WDIV morning news anchor Evrod Cassimy visited Sabbath Middle School. Principal, Desmond Thomas encouraged his staff to go all out for last month festivities. Selena Johnson pulled her resources and made it possible for award winning journalist's appointment.

Cassimy came to River Rouge to finish off National Reading Month, which Sabbath celebrated like a second Christmas.

He read out of Hollow City, the second novel of the Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series. Students, staff and community members alike showed no hesitation to give Evord the utmost appreciation.

The Panthers of Sabbath and the District of River Rouge thank Evrod for his time and community service.
