Louise Borom lives in River Rouge and was born in Hurtsboro, Alabama

Great Grandchildren - 41

She wants the readers of the Telegram to know that she loves The Lord. She loves to read; especially the Bible, Michigan Chronicle, Telegram and the Philadelphia Courier. She loved reading the JET and Ebony and other magazines. She also loves WWE Wrestling

When she was younger she worked as a farmer.

Seven of her children are living and five are deceased.

The Motto that she lives by is 'Keep on Living'.

When asked, who inspires you, she says, "Jesus, because he woke me up this morning and for a hundred years."

What she remembers most about growing up she said, 'The PTA meetings at Northrop and Walter White schools, the summer lunches and the

meetings at River Rouge Housing.

The message she would give her grandchildren is 'She would like for everybody to be somebody.

Her favorite singers are/were; Tom Jones and James Brown, Bernard Johnson, Shirley Ceaser and Inez Andrews of The Caravans

Her favorite person is Martin Luther King, Jr.
