Well, it is Father's Day and many people will take this Sunday to celebrate their Dad. I have the type of father that you don't just want to celebrate on one day. I celebrate with my Dad every chance I get.
He is 85 years old and he is in better health than most people who are 20 years his age. Although he had a bout with Prostate Cancer, he has come through with flying colors. He is an example of strength. He has fought back and is back to his 80 year old self.
We go everywhere together. I think I am his sidekick. When I think who is prouder, its hard to say. Am i prouder to be his daughter or is he prouder that I'm his daughter. He is my #1 fan and supporter. He alway says, 'This is going to be your year. He is right. Everyday, week or year that I get to spend with this wonderful man is a gift from God.
He has been an awesome DAD to me, Angie, Ingrid and Derek. But we didn't mind sharing him with the people from the community. He is Pops, Granddad, Dad and Good Ole Mr. Wilson to so many people.
So on this Father's Day and everyday I say, 'I love you to the Best Father in the world.
